Inspiring the leaders of tomorrow
Lindsey Arnold gives back for many reasons, but the most important is instilling the value of giving back in her children, Remington and Emery.
“Healthcare is the heart of any community,” she says. “In Madison County, Baptist Health Richmond is more than just a business, it is what makes our community strong, what keeps us all connected and what protects our loved ones in times of need.”
Born and raised in Richmond, Lindsey is a second-generation leader of Pattie A. Clay Auxiliary (PACA), an organization that hosts an annual ball with proceeds benefitting Baptist Health Richmond and services within the hospital.
“It is important to me to challenge my children to get involved and make a difference. While not all may have the treasure to give, there is significant value in the giving of time and talent, as well. I hope to inspire my daughters, and others, to get involved and to ignite passion for future generations of leaders to create a culture that thrives on helping one another and our community to flourish.”
Through her seat on the board of directors, Lindsey has an in-depth understanding of the role Baptist Health Foundation Richmond plays within the hospital and how support helps to purchase updated equipment, fund facility renovations and support patients.
