Enabling excellence through education and support

Nurses are at the center of our healthcare experience. Time and time again, nurses serve as an example of compassion, collaboration and joy by caring and advocating for patients and their loved ones. Your generous donations allow our Nursing Excellence Fund to support our nurses through funding for education, research and equipment, so they can provide high-quality healthcare for us all.

Donations to the Nursing Excellence Fund enable staff to attend professional development programs and pursue professional certifications and provides funding for speakers to bring education on-site to facilitate continued learning for nursing staff and leaders.

Evidence-based practices are guiding our care. Baptist Health Corbin has been recognized as a national and international leader in conducting nurse-led and interdisciplinary research. The Nursing Excellence Fund ensures that financial support is available for statistical assistance, software necessary for data analysis, supplies for research initiatives, the development of scholarly manuscripts and the ability to participate in national meetings to disseminate our findings to benefit others.
