Daniel Bryan Wickens

Education: Bryan attended Edgewood High School in Ellettsville, Indiana and continued his education at Wabash College gaining his A.B. in Political Science and History and then completed his J.D. with distinction from the University of Nebraska (Lincoln). 

Community Support: Bryan is very involved in the community. He attends church at Northside Christian Church and is involved with multiple charities and civic organizations. He has been on the board of directors for One Southern Indiana; 4100, Inc.; German American Bank; Leadership Southern IN; Associated Builders and Contractors; H&H Systems and Design Holding Company; Guerin, Inc/Providence Self Sufficiency Ministries/Meadows of Geurin, Inc.; Silver Creek Dragons Softball Boosters, Inc.; and ROCK. He has also been involved with Leadership Louisville, Alliance Defending Freedom and Caesars (Floyd County Grant Committee).

Occupation: Bryan is the Executive VP/General Counsel/Corporate Secretary for ACE Management/MAC Construction & Excavating. He has more than 25 years of experience in construction law. Having been a partner in one of the largest law firms in the Indiana/Kentucky area, he gained a broad range of experience representing clients in a wide array of complex business/construction and litigation matters Bryan served as a critical member of MAC's Advisory Board prior to joining the management team in 2011. His responsibilities include Legal Matters/Negotiations, Human Resources/EEO, Environmental, Health, Safety & Risk, Accounting & Finance, IT and Operations Compliance.

Family: Bryan is married to Whitney.
