We were always encouraged to support and give back what we were blessed to receive by supporting communities, organizations and others.

How can gratitude help heal you spiritually, physically and emotionally?
Being grateful provides a solid basis for being emotionally strong, helping to be aware of physical responsibility and knowing there is a much higher power to guide, direct and help us be thankful and grateful for all we have been blessed with.
