How was volunteerism encouraged in your family or community? From a young age we participated in volunteer and service projects mainly through our church.
How does healthcare support a thriving community? Health will always be a foundation of any community that thrives, and healthcare (both the access to and level of) is paramount to maintaining health. I truly believe Paducah is unique in the level of healthcare we provide for the size of the community we live in.
How can gratitude help heal you spiritually, physically and emotionally? To me, gratitude is a mindset. It’s an attitude rather than an emotion. Therefore, I believe gratitude helps maintain your spiritual health instead of healing it.
