How was volunteerism encouraged in your family or community?

Volunteering and giving has been a large part of my adult life. I believe that it is important because a supported community is a better community for living in, working in and raising a family.

How does healthcare support a thriving community?

A community cannot thrive without healthcare from wellcare and preventative care, to serious illness. A healthy environment provides ways to stay healthy and ways to return to health.

How can gratitude help heal you spiritually, physically and emotionally?

Once we understand how blessed we are, everything becomes clearer. There are always things to be thankful for and the more we realize those things the more of them we can identify for ourselves and create for others.
