John Dadds

Education: John is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.

Occupation: John is the chief financial officer of 360Care which specializes in caring for residents in senior care communities.

Family: John and his wife, Sharon, have two children: Alex and Taylor. They have two pets named Chloe and Rosie; both are rescues. 

How was volunteerism encouraged in your family or community? Volunteerism was encouraged in the workforce early in my career and I applaud that emphasis that children receive in the Catholic school system.

How does healthcare support a thriving community? I place healthcare and education on the same level. Providing health equity and attaining health literacy will create a thriving community.

How can gratitude help heal you spiritually, physically and emotionally? I can't take credit for this statement, but if a pill could do this, everyone would take it.
