Why do you volunteer in the community? Most of us have appreciated a helping hand at some point in our lives. Volunteering allows me to play my role in returning the kindness that I have experienced throughout my life.
What is the role that healthcare has played in your life or the lives of your family, friends or neighbors? Whether you are young or old, we all face trials in our lives where healthcare will quite possibly offer the greatest of hope. As a sufferer of Ulcerative Colitis, caring and loving healthcare professionals have provided me firsthand with hope throughout my life.
How can gratitude help heal you spiritually, physically and emotionally? Gratitude is an attitude of appreciation. Being grateful is food for our soul and could quite possibly be the root of one's happiness and optimism. Most of us have but a few individuals or circumstances for which we are grateful. Those people or instances forever change our lives for the better.
