Education: Otis is a graduate of Lexington Technical College

Community Support:  Otis is a member of the First Baptist Church in Richmond, KY where he has served as Deacon, Sunday school teacher, and President of the Men’s Fellowship. He has also been the President of the District Layman Association and President of the Adult Choir. Otis received the Black Achiever Award and Employee of the Month Mason. He is also a member of the local Rotary Club.

Occupation: Otis is the owner of Darryl's Tailoring.

Family: Otis is married to his wife Cynthia and has one child, Kenya.
